Morning

When we arrived we found the checkpoint and the whole area empty except for one person. At the end of the empty checkpoint behind the piles we met a group of Palestinians, waiting for an ambulance to take them to the hospital in Beit Jala where they were working. They told us that El Khadr was under curfew since 22.11.2002, schools being closed, children inside their family's houses. Nobody except the hospital staff is allowed to go to work.
