Bethlehem: Not much traffic at the checkpoint, but pedestrians and cars with proper papers are let through with no delay. No one objected to our presence and to the French journalists photographing. We were told that the last 2 Thursdays were difficult.El Hader: Hundreds of people from the Hebron passing in the direction of BL. No security forces presence and the atmosphere was business like with stalls selling any thing from Elite coffee to toys. A border police jeep arrived just as we were leaving, but except for getting out of the car and standing beside it, nothing seemed to happen.
