Morning

A quiet morning, no exceptional occurrences.

We drove past Jubara , stopped for a short look at Anabta – the checkpoint was calm, no lines, and continued to Beit Iba.

8.00 Beit Iba
Few pedestrians are crossing, coming in and going out of Nablus. Even ladies' bags are being checked. It seems to us that compared with other visits to Beit Iba, there are more soldiers checking at the checkpoint today. The checkpoint is undergoing big changes. Today the soldiers have lost their checking cubicle and are stationed behind the little wall adjoining the passage.
There are not many cars and when the line got rather long, two checking points were opened.

Due to personal problem we were called back home and therefore left early stopping shortly at Anabta.

8.50 Anabta
There were 5 cars in line leaving Tul Karem. They passed quickly.
