Etzion DCL, Sun 9.12.07, Afternoon

When we arrived  there were 2 people in the waiting room.   One had been summoned by the GSS - he didn't know the procedure, so I helped him to submit his identity card, and then he was asked to wait.   The second one was waiting for his brother who was inside. 

Inside the DCL - so we were told - there were 8 people.   During the short time that we were present, one person left with his magnetic card and two with permits.   They said that everything went smoothly and that the people inside were being attended to.   They had arrived at the card-application window at 0800 and left at 13.30. Most of their time was spent waiting.

It was too late to get to Rachel's Passage so we finished our shift early.
