Morning

06:00 Barta'a-Rihan checkpoint

A long line of workers. Surprise: someone took the  initiative, an individual who came early and made sure the line was orderly. Whoever tried to push forward was sent back by volunteers who helped that person.

There were many young people.

06:45 Everyone had gone through. We bid farewell to the line-leader and moved on to Tura.

06:55 Tura-Shaked checkpoint

A heavy fog and few people. Those crossing into the Seam Line zone complain of slow passage. Somebody throws at us,  "You've been here for 13 years, what has changed"? A few schoolchildren arrive as well as a few students.

07:25  We're on our way to Anin.

07:30 Anin checkpoint

We meet a group of farmers who has already gone through. Some are still crossing. Despite the last days of opening the gate daily for the olive harvest, some of them say that they need a few more days for that job.

Some people complain about sons who had not receive a passage permit and they needed our assistance.

08:00 The gate shuts down and we leave.
