On the way back we entered Bourin. We talked with Mounir about the young man who was shot dead by the soldiers on Saturday 31.1. He told us that on 19.00 hours on Saturday the sound of firing was heard. People ran to the source of the shooting. When they arrived they found next to the bridge of Madma three young men aged 19, one with a wounded leg, the second detained in the jeep and the third killed. They transferred the wounded young man to the hospital in Nablus, but later the army detained him. The families were told that the  two detaineesinfo-icon were taken to Petah Tikva. The army released the body of the killed young man only three hours later. He had been shot so that the bullet entered the mouth and exited from the neck.

In January 18 young men from the village of Bourin had been detained.
