Natanya G., Illit, Ora and Phyllis (reporting)

We arrived at Qalandiya a little after 4 PM.  We noticed a strong flow of laborers returning home from Jerusalem in order to break the Ramadan fast after their day’s work.  Quite a few laborers were sitting in the northern shed, waiting to be picked up for the drive to their various villages.

Only two passageways to Jerusalem were open with only a few people waiting in line.  No one at all was waiting in the DCO passageway or the internal shed.  Even the population of peddlers was drastically reduced as all those selling food, fruits and vegetables were absent.  We remained at the CP until 5 PM.  Nothing special to report transpired.
