15;00 Shaked-Tura  checkpoint  

The checkpoint is quiet. Only two civilians are repairing the generator and a Palestinian worker sweeps the area.

At 15:20  A few vehicles arrive and cross over. Most of them are from the Seam Line zone.

Passage is swift.

 

15:45 Rihan-Barta'a checkpoint  

A resident of East Barta'a tells us that he is married to an Israeli woman from Um-el-Fachem. He has two children but all he gets are short term permits to stay with his family. We explain the abolition of the law of family unification.
