Qalandiya, Mon 4.11.13, Afternoon

3:45 PM – We enjoyed an extremely boring shift at Qalandiya.  Our forces have apparently convinced even the most stalwart Palestinians, who were still trying to get to Jerusalem via Qalandiya, to do their best to avoid the CP, at least in the afternoon.  Two passageways were open all during our shift, but had almost no clients for their services.  At the western end of the CP, where bus passengers queue for passage, lines were short or non-existent all afternoon. However we did observe a steady flow of people returning to the PA from Jerusalem while we were at the CP.  We left at 5 PM without having done even one good deed.
