Many Palestinians passed today. At the beginning of the shift only one window was open and there was a long line of men, women and children who waited quietly. 
An attempt to ask the soldier in the window to request help did not succeed: she ignored me. 
A phone call to headquarters  helped as they promised to handle the matter. Within 10 minutes, two soldiers were manning two additional windows. 
Till the end of the shift there were three open windows and many people passed. 
The passage was not swift, checking was strict, including placing fingers for fingerprints, they did not yield to anyone.
