The fifteenth day of the Ramadan fast

 

1350 Habla CP -

There is no load at the entrance/exit from the CP. 

The CP will be shut, as usual, at 1400,

and will be reopened again for a limited time in the evening.

1430 – Huwwara CP – the checking posts aren't manned. 

 All the lights are on in full daylight, in the area of the CP

The exist from the parking lot area is closed with barbed

wire spirals (lower photograph). Big stones have been

positioned on the side, at the parking area.

Soldiers watch over the two hitch hiking station of the Beraha settlers.

 

 

 

1432 Awarta CP – closed as usual.

1438 Beit Furik CP – isn't manned.

1440 Beit Dajan CP – is open.

1520 Za'tara CP (Tapuah junction) – the checking posts aren't manned. Now three border policemen arrive for their shift. Not far from the hitch hiking station of the Tapuah settlement, in the direction of Jerusalem, we can see two armed soldiers.

In the watch tower at the CP and the one in the direction of the valley, there are soldiers watching.

1550 Azzun Atma CP – workmen are waiting in the queue to be checked at the CP at the entrance to the village.
