Afternoon

14:10 three cars were parked in the lot. An older man and two youngsters were sitting in one of the cars. They addressed us and said they are Christians from the Armenian Patriarchate and that they came to DCO to ask for permits to pray in Jerusalem in the coming months. The DCO refused. About a month ago they filed a request at the Palestinian DCO and from there were sent to DCO Etzion. Since then they came several times to Etzion but did not get the permits. We turned to officer R. who was busy and could not talk to us, but promised to call us once she was free. As usual, she kept her promise. She instructed the people to go back to the Palestinian DCO and that if they would not get the permit the following day, to contact Etzion.

For personal reasons we had to leave right after the talk.
