The rain and the fog obstruct the view. The roads are empty. Workers return home (agriculture and construction) very early through the Meytar check point.

It is impossible to work in this weather. Here and there, a military vehicle can be seen passing through.

In Hebron, soldiers look for a cover in almost all of the checkpoints. There are almost no people outside.

A few tourists have come to visit the Cave of the Patriarchs. Some Jewish and some foreign[?]

Down the Shouhada street, a great stream of water runs through, passing through the Pharmacy checkpoint to the parking lot next to Beit Hamichpala.

It is dangerous to drive there, so we turned back.

When will the deluge finally arrive?
