Lively traffic, children crossing with almost no checks.
A few persons are waiting between the checking booth and the exit from the checkpoint for retrieval of their documents. We have never seen this procedure before. Most documents were returned after a short wait, but one older person had to wait and wait, about 30 minutes, he said. When the document was returned he showed us the confirmation from the Ministry of Interior for a change of address. But since the soldiers are required to check the appendix to the ID, and there was no updated appendix, they wanted to reroute him to the Olive Terminal. After a long investigation his ID was returned and he was allowed to continue on his way.
