Two booths open; most of the time there was no line.

At one point many people arrive and the line gets longer, primarily because the inspection goes slowly.  After a request to open an additional booth, they did so.

Children haven’t been coming today, and only one man was refused entry because he had an inappropriate permit.

People again arrive one at a time.

One of the ecumenical volunteers says there’s almost no one on the Bethlehem side.

There aren’t any officers on site either, or police.  Two security guards sit higher up, not moving.
