Bethlehem - Checkpoint 300, from 9:00 to 10:30

Initially only one station is open, but there are very few crossing

Later, a second station is opened.  Most of the time there is no line

I did not see a single person turned back to Bethlehem

A new soldier tried to turn me away but I sent him to his commander and he did not return

An elderly Palestinian told me he had a permit but his wife was refused.  He will try to get help from Silvia

Very cold, and rather desolate
