Nebi Samuel, Road 443 till the Shilat Junction, Road 446 and Kiryat Sefer Passage

From 14:30 till 16:30

No news in Nebi Samuel; Winter, it’s cold and Kamal, the grocery store owner complains that the situation is getting worse. It took him hours and many phone calls to the DCL to  obtain a permit to transfer ten bags of food to Bir Naballa for sheep he had purchased. Through him we received the telephone number of the doctor from Beit Iksa who makes house calls – maybe he can visit the bed-ridden woman in Khalayla whom we visited with Netta.

The CP of Kharbata on Road 443 caused about 15 minutes’ delay. From the Shilat junction we turned into Road 446 – the construction of the “Institutionalization” of the Kiryat Sefer passage is in full swing. We tried to park in the large parking lot and to proceed on foot to the CP, but a ‘blue’ policeman didn’t allow us to get out of the car, claiming that there are still huge cranes dropping caravans (the place is enormous and includes a parking lot)

When we returned we noted the signs distinguishing between “Israeli” and “non-Israeli” vehicles.
