Etzion DCL, 16:00 pm:    no a soul in the waiting area. As we are about to leave a manarrives and is immediately (!) let in. He comes out after less than 5 minutes, obviously not with the permit he came for since all his papers were still in his hand and he was talking furiously in Arabic on the phone. In the meanwhile we found out from the pleasant soldier girl at the window that inside the office it was just as quiet.

Bethlehem CP, 16:40:  people still go through by just pushing the bar like in the supermarket and it takes them less than half a minute to pass.
