He looks not older than 11, but turns out to be 15. The attorney says that the boy admitted to something that is apparently illegal without knowing that it is a felony and without understanding the implications (he did not elaborate).

8. Muntaha Ya'akub Muhammad Hatib, 851986349, a 17- year old girl from Balata refugee camp. Arrested on 21.3.08, on suspicion of complicity in a suicide attack (together with her cousin who is also in court today for remand extension). She claims that she agreed to take part in the suicide attack in order to test someone she suspected of spying for Israel.

9. Rafat Yusuf Salim Awad, 853073187, 18.5 years old, from Awarta. Arrested on 8.2.08.
His detention has already been extended three times, and he has been in detention for 50 days. The judge stepped out of the courtroom to inquire why so many extensions (the case was apparently transferred to the military prosecution for indictment, but for some reason bounced back).

10. Ahmad Anur Halal Bani Shamsa, 914509823 from Beita Foka. Arrested on 21.2.08.
He's been in detention for more than 35 days (30 of them barred from meeting with attorney). Twice he disclaimed any connection to the alleged offences, both during his interrogations and in conversations with two police plants, one in Meggido and one in Beer Sheba (whom he only later learned were planted provocateurs).
