Afternoon

Trans. Naomi S.

It was hot when we left for Hebron, around 2:30pm.

The traffic on Route 60 was busy. A mix of white and yellow (Palestinian and Israeli, res.) reg. plaques.

In Hebron itself, very quiet and deserted. The heat has apparently made everyone stay in the shade: soldiers, Palestinians and settlers.

Back at the Sansana Checkpoint, we noticed that many workers have already passed through on their way back home and the transit seems swift.
