14.30 till 17.00 PM                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  15:00 PM, Etzion DCL: three Palestinian cars were parked at the parking lot.  Two applicants were already in the office for questioning. Only their compagnons, a man and a wife, were waiting in the waiting hall.

After about 20 minutes the applicants came out, with the desired documents.

On our way to Bethlehem Checkpoint we gave a lift to a middle aged woman from Bethlehem, who told us that she got a permit for her daughter‘s surgery in an East Jerusalem hospital. She had to wait for half an hour to receive it.

Bethlehem - Checkpoint 300:  we left earlier than usual the Etzion DCL in order to observe at Bethlehem the workers arriving at about 16.00 PM. (The Etzion DCL was unattended).

At this time only two counters were open. About 50 Palestinians were waiting to get home and 15 tourists wanted to pass from the other side.

5 minutes later the soldiers were opening a third counter.

The first wave was done about 16.10 PM.

A second wave came at 16.25 with about 30 Palestinians and a bus full of Russian tourists, all on their way to Bethlehem. The tourists got checked first.

We left about 16.45 PM.
