Morning
 Translated by Yael S.
Our Palestinian neighbors already operate on 'winter clock', due to the beginning of the holy month of Ramadan.

07:15 -(Israeli time), Shaked checkpoint
According to Palestinian time it is 06:15. The army  apparently has adopted the Palestinian winter clock thus the checkpoint is still closed.
Nonetheless a few people has arrived at the gate.

08:00 (Israeli Time
)
Soldiers open the gate. Those who came early waited patiently "as they use to". Four cars drove into the West Bank and three crossed over into the SeamLine zone.
The driver Y. who yesterday morning went through 'easily', told us that in the afternoon he was again bothered at the gate and was forced to wait for two hours before going from the West Bank into the SeamLine zone.

09:00 - Rihan-Barta'a
Merchants and those working in East Barta'a arrive at the checkpoint. Only a few cross over into the West Bank.
Four illegal aliens wait  inside the terminal to sort out their matter.
I drove back through East Barta'a. Stores apparently open later due to the Ramadan.
