Morning
Seriously? Does this make us safer?

Anata

We learned the following from a conversation with the Mukhtar, Jamil Sandoka:

* The previous night occupation forces had again invaded and arrested many people.  The exact number is not yet known.  Such night raids have become routine.

* During the hours when children return from school, armed men masked as Arabs ("mista'arvim") assault them.  Four days ago they fired live ammunition at a child and injured his legs.

* Sexual harrassment at the Ras-Hamis checkpoint.

Wadi Nar

A nice elderly woman we have known for many years told us that soldiers beat up a young men.

At the checkpoint traffic streamed, checks were routine.

Police Building in E1

We did not meet any Palestinians, and only one car with yellow license plates stood in the parking lot.  We lingered a while -- nothing.
Where do Palestinians conduct business that requires police management?
