Afternoon

.

15.20

Anabta – There are no soldiers except for those keeping watch, and there is no checking.

15.35

Te’enim – We pass on the lane for settlers and Jews and we are all requested to show our I.D. cards. Nadim shows his card, and after a discussion with the officer in charge we are let through.

15.40-16.20

Irtah – There are few workers, probably due to the rainy weather. The passage towards Tulkarem is smooth, but the few people coming out in the direction of Israel tell us that they have been standing in line for two hours, that the people in charge of the checkpoint are not doing their job and keep them waiting for no reason.

There is no roof to protect the workers from the rain and the sun. Is it possible to file a request for the construction of a roof?
