Morning

7:00 AM, Bethlehem - Checkpoint 300: many complaints were received duringthe morning hours on our telephones. Inside the terminal there was a steadyline of people exiting. Four windows were open and 1900 people had passedaccording to the EAPPI. We also heard from them that the turnstile was lockedbetween 6:00 and 6:30 (because people had been pushing, always blame thevictim!). Hence the slow process this morning. From 7-7:30 390 people passedand the terminal was about to empty out. Omar, our informer on these matters, said it had taken him one hour and ten minutes to pass.

8:15 AM, Etzion DCL: no one inside, only one car outside.According to the people there, the reason no one came to the DCO is theupcoming feast of Sacrifice. People are preparing food, buying clothes, etc.

There were a few people outside who asked for our help.
