About 30-40 people wait outside the DCO entrance in order to renew their magnetic card (until now only few entered, those who wish to get permits\authorisations). They are told that they will begin to let them in only from 10:30 onwards. We contact by phone Zahran who after a short "discussion" said that he would come out to us. And indeed he arrived.
As a reaction to our claims and appeals to show some consideration etc. he explained to us that on Sundays the soldiers in the unit arrive from the north, in a train from Nahariya, and that therefore he sees not possibility on Sundays to arrange that the process begin earlier. On other days it begins at 08:30,
