Tapuach Za'tara Junction Checkpoint 15:00

No checks of vehicles arriving from the west or south. No detaineesinfo-icon seen.

For vehicles arriving from the Nablus area southbound, 2 active checking posts, for about 25 cars arriving while we were there, no significant waiting time. Lively traffic in all directions.

 Beit Furik Checkpoint 15:30

We observed this checkpoint for a while. In sharp contrast to our last week's vigil, we saw 2-3 soldiers manning the post all the time, while cars were passing freely in both directions and no harassment was detected (except for the army's actual presence at the local villagers' passage point in and out of their neighboring urban center…)

 Huwwara Checkpoint 16:00

2 active vehicle checking posts, sniffer-dog and trainer, DCO representative – Salah.

As usual lately, random vehicle checks, lively traffic.

 Azzun Atma 17:20

The village still enclosured, we saw no traffic in or out, and except for the draconian presence of walls, fences, barbed wire piles, closed gatesinfo-icon and  uniformed men and women (and the immanent violence of their being armed) we have nothing to report.
