15:00   Barrels checkpoint (Deir Sharaf), next to Shavei Shomron - light vehicular traffic.  Most go through without inspection.  From time to time the soldiers stop a vehicle for inspection and in a short time it continues on its way.

There's a heavy flow of sewage from Nablus through the valley next to the checkpoint and the stench is unbearable.
