09:45 On the way to Huwwara - a police car stopped vehicles at random and checked them.

10:00 Huwwara

The soldier on the spot asked us to remove ourselves and to stand at the entrance gate to Nablus, claiming that those were the rules. Answering our question the soldier said that there were no special restrictions.
The traffic, as  usual on Fridays, was very sparse.

At the vehicle barrier there were about 11 cars waiting in two lanes. The soldiers were busy talking amongst themselves and it didn't seem that they were making an effort to check the cars  quickly.

10:15 Burin/Yitzhar CP

A police car with five policemen stopped cars at random. About three cars were stopped each time. One car was even checked inside. The passengers of one of the cars which was released when we arrived, reported that they had waited for an hour until they were released. While we were present the cars were released after a few moments. One of the drivers told us that they were treated well owing to our presence.
