15:00 - 16:30 PM, Etzion DCL:  many people waiting in line. Mostly for permits to visit Jerusalem during Easter. They say they have been waiting since morning. We phoned. They said they would check. We asked help from Yael S. When we saw that the phone calls did nothing, we called the Humanitarian Centre, who took our request for help seriously and responded courteously. They checked and confirmed the contention that the software had crashed, and promised that all the applicants for permits would receive them today.

All the people were received.
